Bonnie Flatt - Leadership Coach

Bonnie brings a unique mix of business experience to her coaching practice with over 25 years working with hundreds of leaders and board members to bring about transformational change. Bonnie is a lawyer and HR executive by training and a leadership coach by calling.  She is passionate about building collaboration, promoting creativity and supporting empowerment in the workplace and boardroom to drive results.  Prior to starting her own leadership coaching and development practice, Bonnie was a Principal at Mercer, a Human Resources executive at MDS Inc., and a Vice President at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she consulted to major Canadian multinationals in healthcare, life sciences, mining, technology and financial services.  Her consulting focus was largely in the area of HR strategy development and execution, including the design and implementation of executive compensation programs and practices.

Bonnie designs and delivers individual and group coaching and leadership development programs that transform how her clients think and behave and ultimately how they work with others.  Recent workshops covered topics such as team dynamics, dealing with conflict, creating a vision, leadership branding and tribal leadership.

Steve Litwin - Information Technology Executive

With over 29 years of experience and as President of Litcom, Steve helps companies manage their technology challenges and provides a level of expertise and experience that makes it possible for an organization’s senior executives to achieve their technology-enabled business goals.

Prior to founding Litcom in 2003, Steve worked with a number of leading IT Solution providers including as a Partner with Ernst & Young Management Consultants where he led the Canadian IT practice. As well, Steve has worked with Deloitte & Touche Consulting, SHL Systemhouse, and Synerlogic (a division of Accenture).
