Banting & Associates was created by Sue Banting and born out of her desire to offer a holistic and innovative approach to executive search; one that could offer the same due diligence and expertise of the larger firms but with agility on two important elements- time and cost. The model has served the team well over the years and allowed them to perfect a one-of-a-kind client and candidate experience; one that offers trust and respect for everyone involved. They are proud to have a number of loyal clients who tell them they are unique, responsive, strategic, direct, creative and deliver when others did not. 

As part of the Executive Search industry for 25 years, Sue spent the last 12 building a successful practice in a leading global search firm. It was Sue's ability to establish rich relationships, leverage opportunities and apply keen intuitive skills that allowed her to deliver exceptional talent that kept her clients coming back.
